Casey Gilbert

Favorite Race

  • King of the Hammers — The ultimate test of endurance, skill, and machine. Casey has raced in every class at KOH since 2011, progressing to the 4400 class, where only the toughest survive.

Racing Achievements

  • King of the Hammers is brutal—140 racers started, but only 20 finished. Casey knows that to win, you have to trust your car, push the limits, and battle through the attrition. His goal? Top 5. His mindset? Send it and adapt.

  • Baja 1000 and KOH require different strategies—Baja is an endurance grind, while KOH is an all-out sprint. Casey thrives in both. He’s built his machine to withstand thousands of miles of testing, proving that when it comes to the rocks, his car holds up.

Bucket List Races:

  • To be able to race my own vehicle in the Baja 1000, I have raced as a co driver for other teams in the 1000 but never had a opportunity to race my own vehicle in Mexico, racing south of the border is so much more of a adventure then just the racing, meeting the locals and spending weeks at a time in a foreign country really adds to the adventure

Race Day Essentials

  • Good fitting helmet! I can’t stress to new drivers enough how important it is to be comfortable in your race gear and vehicle.
