WARRANTY

THRET® offers a two year finish warranty our chrome plated and painted wheels along with a seven year structural warranty on wheels manufactured by THRET® .

Qualifications for Warranty:

• • Proper cleaning and maintenance on wheels must be evident.
  • Wheels must be used under regular road and weather conditions.
    
    • Wheels cannot be used for racing or off roading unless wheel is specified.
    • Wheels cannot be used for vehicles that are unfit. IE: excessive load capacity of a certain wheel.
  • Defect on wheel must be a manufacturer warranty and not cause by neglect or impact/accident.
  • Damage or issues with wheels manufactured by THRET OFF-ROAD ® that are not caused by, or the result of, a manufacturing defect by THRET® is not covered under the warranty.
  • Wheels that have been modified or refinished are not covered under warranty.
  • Warranty applies to original purchaser of the wheels and is limited by dollar amount that was paid to THRET®.
  • Consequential Damages to vehicles are not covered under warranty.

Submitting for Warranty:

• • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested prior to any returns to THRET®.
  • RMA must be requested by the purchaser whom purchased directly from THRET®.
  • Return wheel must be sent freight prepaid. Freight and shipping costs or any consequential damages are not covered by THRET® Warranty.
  • If Warranty is denied, it is up to purchaser to send return labels to get wheel returned                                    .

Thret Leveling Kits offer a ten year structural warranty on leveling kits manufactured by THRET® Leveling Kits. Any product with missing or defective components will be replaced. Thret Leveling Kits offer a one year wearable component warranty.

Qualifications for Warranty:

• • Leveling kits must be used under regular road and weather conditions.
    
    • Leveling Kits are not meant for off-road use and will void warranty unless specified.
    • Warranty does not include wearable components such as shocks, ball/heim joints etc.
  • Leveling Kits that have been modified or refinished are not covered under warranty.
  • Warranty applies to original purchaser of the wheels and is limited by dollar amount that was paid to Thret Leveling Kits.
  • Labor and/or any additional surcharges are not covered under warranty.
  • Consequential Damages to vehicles are not covered under warranty.
